This policy explains how AMZ Coaching Canada collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and deletes information when providing Amazon seller consulting, account-management support, listing optimization, and operational coaching.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact details, business details, marketplace details, catalogue information, advertising or account reports shared by the seller, Seller Central screenshots or exports, support-case context, and messages submitted through this website.
How We Use Information
Information is used to assess the seller’s needs, provide consulting recommendations, prepare action plans, support seller-approved account-management workflows, communicate about services, and comply with applicable legal and platform obligations.
Amazon Information
Amazon information is accessed only when authorized by the selling partner and only for the service purpose agreed with that selling partner. AMZ Coaching Canada does not sell Amazon information, does not use it for unrelated marketing, and does not combine it with unrelated third-party data for profiling.
Storage and Protection
Client information is stored in access-controlled business systems. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including limited access, strong account credentials, and least-privilege handling of client materials.
Sharing
We do not sell client information. We may share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, with the client’s authorization, or when required by law or platform policy. Service providers are expected to protect information and use it only for the instructed purpose.
Retention and Deletion
Client files are retained only as long as needed for the consulting engagement, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security review, or business records. Sellers may request deletion of their information by contacting amzcoachingcanada@gmail.com. Where deletion is not immediately possible, access will be restricted and information will be deleted when retention obligations expire.
Organizational Change Notice
AMZ Coaching Canada maintains a policy to notify Amazon within 30 days of organizational changes or events that change the organization’s need for, or use of, Amazon information.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting amzcoachingcanada@gmail.com. You may also revoke any seller authorization through the appropriate Amazon account controls.
