Security & Incident Response

Last updated: July 14, 2026

AMZ Coaching Canada maintains practical security controls for consulting engagements involving seller-provided business information and seller-authorized Amazon account-management workflows.

Access Control

Access to client materials is limited to people who need it to provide the contracted service. Where seller account access is required, it must be authorized by the selling partner and used only for the approved account-management purpose.

Credential Management

Clients should not send passwords by email or chat. AMZ Coaching Canada uses authorized user access, seller-approved permissions, and secure account practices rather than shared passwords whenever possible.

Data Handling

Client information is handled under least-privilege principles. Exports, screenshots, and reports are retained only as needed for the engagement, legal obligations, security review, or business records.

Incident Response Plan

If AMZ Coaching Canada identifies a suspected or confirmed security incident involving Amazon information, the incident response process includes assessment, containment, preservation of relevant evidence, notification to affected parties where appropriate, remediation, and post-incident review.

Amazon Security Notification

AMZ Coaching Canada’s incident response plan requires reporting security incidents involving Amazon information to security@amazon.com, consistent with Amazon policy requirements.

Organizational Changes

AMZ Coaching Canada maintains a policy to notify Amazon within 30 days of organizational changes or events that change the organization’s need for, or use of, Amazon information.
